Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for weekend-based initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Jira and Confluence
- Manage stakeholder communications across technical and non-technical teams
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement processes
- Mentor junior project managers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in weekend shift roles
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing software development or IT infrastructure projects
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
