Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure for weekend operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations) to ensure on-time delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and adaptability
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for weekend-specific challenges
- Monitor project KPIs and provide real-time reporting to stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend/shift work background
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues
