Responsibilities
- Lead weekend project execution across IT infrastructure and software development initiatives
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones during weekend handovers
- Implement Agile methodologies and track KPIs using JIRA and Asana
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for weekend deployments
- Mentor junior PMs and optimize weekend workflow efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record in IT/tech project delivery
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with budget management $500K+
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, and Smartsheet
- Experience with remote team leadership across time zones
