Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Operations: Direct and coordinate the planning, execution, and closing of projects specifically scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
- Resource Allocation: Manage team resources and timelines to ensure all weekend deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to executive leadership regarding project status, risks, and blockers.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in weekend workflows and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all weekend outputs meet the company's high standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing weekend or shift-based operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
