Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or consulting sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
