- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using JIRA/Confluence
- Post-implementation analysis and continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with SaaS/tech experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven budget management ($1M+ projects)
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and MS Project Suite
- Strong data-driven decision making abilities
