Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor financial performance to ensure cost efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, sponsors, and the executive team through regular status reports and meetings.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and foster a positive team environment to drive productivity and morale.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the construction, engineering, or IT sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar professional certification is highly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
