Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and report variances to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and generate comprehensive progress reports.
- Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the technology or operations sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end projects of significant scope and complexity.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
