Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, cloud-native architectures capable of supporting enterprise-scale growth and global expansion.
- Drive AI & Automation Integration: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows and enhance product capabilities.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding conventions, and security best practices across all teams.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects exploring emerging technologies like Web3, Quantum Computing, and Advanced AI.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into clear insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of planning long-term technology strategies, specifically regarding the evolution of AI and Cloud computing.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including investors and product managers.
