Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal team performance and cost control.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Agile & Waterfall: Implement appropriate project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall) tailored to the project's needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements before final approval.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the energy, engineering, or technology sector.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) and tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse groups.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Houston, TX.
