Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define product KPIs and success metrics
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform strategic decisions

- Collaborate with data scientists to validate analytical models
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS/FinTech exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from conception to launch
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflows
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA a plus)
