Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise software deployments
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product divisions
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M and track KPIs for on-time delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team velocity and quality
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects on budget and schedule
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Asana tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
