Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget constraints.
- Foster a collaborative team culture, providing mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and scope creep proactively to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align project goals with business objectives.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
