Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive project velocity and quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, providing clear status updates and managing expectations.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT or healthcare.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
