Responsibilities
- Lead & Execute: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing expectations and communicating progress effectively.
- Resource Planning: Allocate resources efficiently and manage cross-functional teams to maximize productivity.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets closely, track expenses, and report variances to senior management.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management within a corporate environment.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Agile/Scrum: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
