Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize delivery timelines and quality standards
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and status reports for executive stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, track KPIs, and deliver measurable ROI outcomes

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in tech-driven environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in JIRA, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated success managing budgets exceeding $1M
