Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Continuously optimize reporting systems for efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend/shift work preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on weekends
