Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables during weekend shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies ensuring sprint goals are met
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards and budget adherence
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including status reports, risk registers, and post-mortem analyses
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless handovers and continuity of project workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift or flexible scheduling background
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Asana tools
