Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and closure of weekend projects across multiple departments.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, defined roles, and successful collaboration.
- Monitor project progress using agile methodologies and tools to identify bottlenecks and escalate issues.
- Prepare and present detailed status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders on time.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, scope, and timeline requirements.

- Foster a positive and safe working environment for all weekend staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management (3+ years) with a focus on operational success.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project, Monday.com).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
