As the Weekend Project Manager, you will be the linchpin of our off-hours operations. You will ensure that critical project milestones are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and the team operates seamlessly. You will collaborate closely with the Monday-Friday leadership team to ensure project continuity and drive success during the weekend sprint.

Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all weekend project milestones and deliverables.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, concise weekly status updates to the executive team.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and bottlenecks during the weekend sprint and implement proactive solutions.
- Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation, ensure compliance with company standards, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team through daily stand-ups and digital collaboration tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within an agile or fast-paced environment.
- Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Full-time hours) consistently.
- Tools: Expert-level proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
