- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for weekend deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones and departments
- Execute project plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Implement quality assurance processes for weekend deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift work
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with federal contracting regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
