Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of project plans, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence for weekend initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and client relations, to align on deliverables.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to maintain momentum and transparency.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate project delays effectively.
- Generate and present detailed progress reports to senior stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project artifacts, meeting minutes, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within the technology or operations sector.
- Proven experience managing teams or projects specifically during weekend or shift-based operations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a track record of successful sprint deliveries.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
