Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of weekend projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all weekend teams, fostering collaboration between engineering, operations, and logistics departments.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and risks in weekend schedules, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize downtime.
- Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation for weekend shifts, ensuring the right personnel are available for critical tasks.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze weekend project performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimize future scheduling.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise reports to executive leadership regarding weekend progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a fast-paced operations or logistics environment.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational basis.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure.
