Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Operations: Orchestrate all project activities during the designated weekend shift to ensure seamless execution of business goals and client deliverables.
- Resource Management: Assign tasks to the weekend team, monitor progress, and resolve resource bottlenecks that arise during critical rollout phases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, providing clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and blockers.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential issues that could impact weekend timelines and implement contingency plans to minimize downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the final review and deployment of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet Apex Logistics' rigorous quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine weekend workflows and project management protocols to increase efficiency and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work a dedicated weekend shift (specific days to be discussed during interview).
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team in a remote or hybrid environment.
