Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate weekend sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives across distributed teams
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through weekly status reports and executive dashboards
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and CMMI standards throughout project execution
- Implement Jira, Asana, and MS Project for comprehensive project tracking
- Mentor junior PMs and conduct post-project performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in weekend/shift-based roles
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in managing cloud migration or DevOps transformation projects
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Atlassian suite
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for cross-functional leadership
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience working in regulated industries (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or SOX)
