Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee project lifecycles from inception to completion on weekend schedules
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring weekend deliverables are met
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, clients, and executive leadership
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize weekend workflow and project efficiency
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate teams in non-traditional schedules
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with experience in high-pressure environments
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and resource optimization
