Responsibilities
- Oversee project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards
- Facilitate weekend sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while mitigating risks and roadblocks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA) to ensure seamless execution
- Produce comprehensive project documentation including status reports, Gantt charts, and risk registers
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders during weekend operations
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (PMP/Scrum Master certification preferred)
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or software development
- Proven expertise with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and project management tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed project resources
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
