Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor weekend project deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8-12 members across development, QA, and design
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines with precision
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and status reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend team efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of delivering complex IT infrastructure projects
- Experience with budget management over $500K projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
