Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor weekend project timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, designers, analysts) during weekend shifts
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews during weekend operations
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless handover and continuity
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and status reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
