Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for weekend-shift initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) with distributed teams across time zones
- Develop detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams, executive stakeholders, and government clients during weekend hours
- Monitor project KPIs using JIRA and Asana, providing real-time updates and escalation protocols
- Manage weekend project budgets and vendor contracts with precision and financial accountability
- Mentor junior project managers and weekend team leads to build organizational capability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (PMP or CSM certification required)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend or rotational shift scheduling
- Proven track record delivering complex IT infrastructure or SaaS projects for government clients
- Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid project methodologies
