Responsibilities

- Lead Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and methodologies, such as generative AI and quantum machine learning, and evaluate their potential impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget planning and resource management for high-impact AI projects.
- Roadmap Execution: Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences and publish insights on the future of AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
