Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Present future-forward insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 digital ecosystems
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and futurist workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech or futurism
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
