Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Process Mapping: Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and UML diagrams to visualize current and future state operations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, translating technical concepts into clear business value.
- Agile Support: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Reporting: Create compelling reports and dashboards to track project progress and business KPIs.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analyses to ensure that implemented solutions align with business goals and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio or Lucidchart.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective, scalable solutions.
