Responsibilities
Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.Collaborate with developers, QA, and product managers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.Perform root cause analysis on system issues and document solutions effectively.Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, data models, and UI mockups.Act as a subject matter expert regarding data integrity and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Tableau.Experience working within Agile and Scrum development methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
