Responsibilities
- Assist in Requirements Gathering: Participate in stakeholder meetings and interviews to identify business needs and document functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Support the collection and analysis of data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise process maps, use case diagrams, and user stories using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Project Support: Work closely with the IT and development teams to ensure smooth project execution and test case creation.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and suggest process enhancements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with SQL or JIRA is a plus but not required.
