Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the creation and maintenance of process maps, flowcharts, and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure project objectives are met.
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations for management and clients.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
