Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Design and maintain data models and process flows to support business objectives.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to delivery.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
