Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, data flows, and user needs to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain clear business requirement documents (BRD), use cases, and process maps.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (developers/engineers) and business units to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops to ensure all voices are heard.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on analysis milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (Advanced), SQL, or Tableau.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
