In this role, you will act as the critical link between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that weekend workflows are optimized for maximum productivity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis for weekend-specific business processes and operational workflows.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain comprehensive data models and reporting dashboards for executive review.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to identify gaps in current processes and propose data-driven solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure the weekend shift meets its operational targets.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of analytical requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work a regular weekend schedule (Saturday and/or Sunday).
