Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with daily pay contract work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Certification in CBAP or PMBOK preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio showcasing process improvement initiatives
