Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and process flows.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Design and maintain process maps, wireframes, and use case documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired future states.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor project metrics and provide regular status updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
