Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and user stories.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for business strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between IT development teams and business units.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions against requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex business issues.
