Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and documentation
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies through sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Document processes, workflows, and system integrations
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
