Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into actionable business insights
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Produce clear documentation including process maps, user stories, and test cases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with agile methodologies and requirement documentation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts
