As a Business Analyst on our weekend team, you will bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders. You will analyze data trends, identify process gaps, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive growth for our Indianapolis-based clients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business analysis and requirements gathering for weekend projects.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical specifications align with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
