Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth requirement gathering and analysis for weekend operational projects.
- Develop detailed process maps, use cases, and user stories to guide development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Product) to define business goals and technical specifications.
- Utilize SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to analyze system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication of project scope and objectives.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during the weekend shift.
