Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements across diverse industries
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications for development teams
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test cases
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with weekend shift flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) strongly preferred
