Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements, specifically tailored for weekend operational flows.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership to support strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Documentation: Create detailed functional and technical documentation, including user stories, process maps, and system specifications for the development team.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Weekend Oversight: Oversee specific weekend project deliverables and ensure all operational benchmarks are met during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Flexibility: Must be willing and available to work a weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
