Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Data Analysis: Gather, cleanse, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement efficient workflows, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews to define project scopes and success criteria.
- System Testing & QA: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when analyzing data and creating documentation.
