Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets and business requirements to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in weekend operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, and Management) to define business processes and system requirements.
- Design and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to track performance metrics.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Oversee the implementation of process improvements and monitor their effectiveness post-implementation.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all weekend reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
